FAQs

Besides my current machine brand, what other major industrial machine brands is this frame compatible with?

Compatibility is determined by the hoop’s metal brackets. The magnetic hoop for Keppus embroidery machines can also fit other major brands such as Ricoma, Tajima, Barudan, and Melco when paired with the correct mounting brackets. Select bracket sets designed for your embroidery magnetic hoop model to ensure a secure fit.

Does purchasing this frame include all the brackets and hardware needed to connect to my machine?

Yes. Each Sewtalent magnetic hoop package includes the hoop main part, a matching pair of brackets for your selected Keppus model, and the necessary screws with a screwdriver. Once assembled, this embroidery magnetic hoop is ready to install and start stitching immediately without additional hardware.

Is it necessary to use protective stickers on the frame to prevent it from scratching the fabric?

Protective stickers are not required. Sewtalent magnetic hoops are built with a refined, smooth inner surface that holds cloth firmly yet gently. While not needed for most materials, you may apply painter’s tape on extremely slippery satin or silk fabrics for added grip during embroidery projects on Keppus machines.

What type of magnets does this frame use, and how strong are they?

This Sewtalent hoop uses high-grade N52 neodymium magnets that deliver exceptionally strong, permanent magnetic force. Their durability provides consistent hold through thick or elastic fabrics, maintaining stable tension during long embroidery runs on Keppus KP1201SS or similar industrial models.
