Most HSW embroidery machines will not automatically detect this Sewtalent magnetic hoop size. You will need to set the 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) hoop dimensions manually in your machine’s software. Be sure that your design fits within the actual sewing field of 5.7″ × 5.7″ (145 × 145 mm) to ensure accurate stitching and prevent misalignment.
Installation is simple and does not require any special tools. The Sewtalent magnetic hoop for HSW embroidery machines comes with metal brackets, screws, and a screwdriver. Just attach the brackets using the screws provided. No further calibration is required—once fitted, you can quickly swap hoops and begin embroidering with precise positioning and magnetic stability.
If your fabric slips when using the Sewtalent hoop, check three factors: first, make sure your stabilizer is strong enough; second, if using very slick or thick fabric, consider applying non-slip grip tape to the frame; third, use an appropriate hoop size so the fabric remains taut. Proper setup minimizes movement and ensures crisp results on HSW machines.
The top and bottom sections of the Sewtalent magnetic hoop are uniquely shaped to ensure precise alignment each time. Both parts contain embedded magnets designed to pair correctly. Align the logo marks or edge guides on both pieces before clamping them onto your fabric. This orientation provides consistent pressure and secure hooping across HSW embroidery models.
