Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
Fabric puckering usually results from using the wrong stabilizer or hoop tension rather than the magnetic embroidery frame itself. Use an appropriate stabilizer—cut-away for knits or tear-away for woven fabrics—and ensure the material lays flat without stretching before hooping. This helps keep embroidery stitches smooth on your ZSK machine.
The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
Make sure the metal brackets are correctly aligned and hand-tightened on your Sewtalent magnetic hoop. If you notice any looseness, use a small screwdriver to snug up the screws connecting the brackets to the frame, not to the machine.
