A1: Hoop Length refers to the length from the left bracket to the right bracekt of the regular frame (plastic frame) that comes with your machine. Just measure the regular frame of the machine to get the Hoop Length data ( Photo as reference for you)

The quality of the hoop it's very good and the fitment it's perfect with my Happy Japan HCH-701 machine. Way better than a regular hoop because it's easier to use, you will not have "hoop burn" and you will save a lot of time. I love magnetic hoops because my life it's better now and I can be more productive. Shipping took around 10 working days to Romania (East Europe)
I recommend for everyone to buy one, especially if you are a beginner. So at the end, you will have a very good product at fraction of cost.
