When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
Both methods can work with Sewtalent magnetic hoops for DTF embroidery machines. Generally, the best results come when the stabilizer is sandwiched between the magnetic frames with the fabric. Floating the stabilizer beneath the bottom hoop piece is also effective for bulky or delicate fabrics that are difficult to clamp tightly.
The magnetic frame has attracted broken needle tips or metal dust. What is the safest way to clean this debris off?
To clean your embroidery magnetic hoop safely, use a strong adhesive tape or a piece of sticky putty to lift metal shards or dust from the magnets. Avoid wiping with fingers or cloth, as sharp metal fragments may scratch the surface or cause injury. Regular cleaning helps maintain smooth hoop motion and prevents magnetic buildup around the DTF PRIME 1500 area.
