The brackets should be firmly hand-tightened before each embroidery session. If they feel loose, use a screwdriver to make the screws that connect the bracket to the frame snug, ensuring stability for your TITAN TNE-1501 or TNE-MINI. Do not over-tighten, as this could affect alignment or magnet performance during hooping.
While magnetic hoops suit about 95% of embroidery work, a traditional screw hoop can be useful for very thick or rigid materials like heavy leather or boot tongues, where firm manual tensioning is essential. For most fabrics and TITAN 1501LW projects, Sewtalent magnetic hoops provide faster setup, even fabric hold, and reliable tension control.
Clean your Sewtalent magnetic hoop gently using a citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth. This will dissolve adhesive residue without harming the magnetic surface. Avoid soaking the frame or using harsh solvents, as these could weaken the magnet seal or corrode metal brackets used on TITAN embroidery machines.
Like most third-party accessories, your Sewtalent hoop for TITAN embroidery machines requires manual setup. Enter the 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) hoop size into your machine or software. Verify that the design fits within the actual 5.7″ × 5.7″ (145 × 145 mm) sewing area to avoid stitching outside the boundary and ensure accurate embroidery results.
