Why is my fabric puckering in the center during embroidery, even though I hooped it tightly with the magnetic frame?
Puckering is usually caused by a stabilizer mismatch rather than hooping tension. Ensure you use the correct type and weight of stabilizer for your fabric—for instance, a cut-away stabilizer for knits or a medium tear-away for cotton. When using Sewtalent embroidery magnetic hoops, do not stretch the fabric before clamping; let the magnetic tension hold it evenly against the frame surface.
Will my embroidery machine automatically recognize this frame's size, or do I need to set it manually?
As with most third-party embroidery machine hoops, your Brother PR or Pro series machine will not auto-detect these magnetic frames. You’ll need to enter the hoop size manually in the software or select the closest frame dimension available. For example, when using the 7.6″ × 2.7″ (195 × 70 mm) hoop, confirm that your design stays within its actual sewing field to prevent error messages or needle impact.
