For most models such as ZT1201, ZT905, or ZT1202MC, you’ll need to add the hoop size manually in the software. Set the active sewing field to approximately 11.6″×14.8″（295×375 mm） to ensure proper alignment. Always check your machine preview to confirm the design fits within the magnetic hoop’s workable area.
If the magnetic hoop bracket seems loose, hand-tighten it firmly first. For extra stability, use a screwdriver to secure the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not the machine. Avoid over-tightening, as excessive force may distort alignment or magnet performance. Regular checks help maintain embroidery stability.
