The brackets should be firmly hand‑tightened. If they feel loose, use a screwdriver to secure the screws that fix the bracket to the magnetic frame, not to the embroidery machine body. Do not over‑tighten, as excessive force can affect alignment. Periodically check the bracket tension for safe and stable hooping on Hooray models.
