Ensure your SiV machine brackets are securely tightened and that you use a proper stabilizer for the fabric type. For extra grip during high-stitch-count embroidery, placing a thin non-slip liner under the fabric can further prevent movement and maintain consistent stitch alignment.
Yes. The Sewtalent magnetic embroidery hoop is designed to interchange easily with your existing SiV machine hoops. As long as the hoop size and bracket position match, you can switch between this magnetic hoop and traditional hoops quickly according to fabric or design needs without readjusting machine calibration.
It’s wise to maintain distance between the Sewtalent magnet hoop and your electronic devices. Keep computers, credit cards, and flash drives at least 50 cm away from the magnetic embroidery frame to avoid potential data disturbance. Once the hoop is mounted on the machine, its magnetic field is localized and safe for normal embroidery operations.
To remove spray adhesive or stabilizer buildup from the Sewtalent embroidery magnetic hoop, gently wipe it using a cloth dampened with citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Avoid soaking the frame or using harsh solvents that could damage the magnetic surface or coating. Regular cleaning helps maintain smooth hooping and accurate fabric tension performance.
