For chest or small logo embroidery on T-shirts, a 4" × 4" (100 × 100 mm) or 5" × 5" (130 × 130 mm) embroidery hoop offers the best alignment and precision. For larger front designs, choose our 9.5″ × 9.5″ (240 × 240 mm) magnetic hoop. This size provides sufficient workspace for intricate patterns while keeping the fabric stable during high-speed stitching on Merlin 101 or Pro RS10-1502 machines.
To use the Sewtalent embroidery hoop, place the bottom frame flat, lay the stabilizer and fabric over it, and gently snap the top frame in place. There’s no need for excessive force—allow the magnets to clamp smoothly. Ensure fabric tension is even for optimal stitch accuracy, especially when working with soft or stretchy materials on Merlin Pro RS7 or RS10 series embroidery machines.
