Check that the supplied metal brackets are firmly tightened and that you are using the correct stabilizer type. For very dense or slippery fabrics, adding a thin non-slip layer beneath the garment can improve grip and stability, ensuring accurate stitching.
The Sewtalent magnetic frame’s rigid build ensures excellent consistency when embroidering multiple garments on PROEMB BF or FW models. Combined with a hooping grid or positioning station, the frame locks fabric evenly, guaranteeing every logo is aligned in the same spot. This improves efficiency and maintains consistent results in high-volume production.
For T-shirt left-chest logos, a 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) or similar embroidery hoop magnetic frame is ideal. For larger front designs, sizes around 10″ × 10″ (255 × 255 mm) or bigger offer better coverage. The Sewtalent 7.6″ × 2.7″ (195 × 70 mm) hoop works well for narrow text or sleeve embellishment on PROEMB machines.
Use the hoop’s center and alignment markings to match the pre-marked centerline on your garment. When working with PROEMB embroidery machines, align these grid lines with a placement guide or T-square for accuracy. This step ensures your design is perfectly centered, delivering professional, symmetrical results across all embroidered items.
