This process causes no hoop burn, wrinkles, or fiber damage. Whether mounting thin, elastic, or textured fabrics, the machine embroidery hoop keeps materials secure without pinching.
While magnetic hoops work great for around 95% of embroidery tasks, some users still pick a screw-tightened frame when handling extremely thick or rigid materials that demand drum-tight tension, such as leather or dense boot parts. However, for most apparel, sleeves, and bags embroidered on LEJIA machines, this magnetic frame provides faster setup and smoother results.
The 7.6″ × 2.7″ (195 × 70 mm) hoop size is ideal for narrow and elongated embroidery patterns. It works perfectly for sleeve logos, pant leg trims, children’s wear, or bag straps. On LEJIA models like LJ-1201 and LJ-MX1501, this magnetic hoop embroidery setup delivers consistent alignment and stability for fine lettering or border stitching.
Each magnetic frame includes precision grid markings. To align your design, mark the garment’s centerline in advance, then line up the hoop’s center marks using a T-square or positioning guide. The strong magnets hold the material exactly in place, so embroidery designs stay aligned throughout the process on any LEJIA embroidery machine model.
