Watch videoFAQs
After switching to this magnetic frame, what reduction in our defect rate can we expect?
Users of Sewtalent magnetic embroidery hoops for Keppus machines report a significant drop in errors from mis-hooping and fabric tension issues. By reducing puckering, burn marks, and slippage, the embroidery hoop magnetic design minimizes garment waste and operator rework, translating to visible cost savings per production run.
Are the top and bottom parts of this magnetic frame symmetrical?
No, the Sewtalent magnetic hoop embroidery set includes two uniquely shaped halves that align only in the correct orientation. Both sections contain powerful yet balanced magnets that ensure accurate positioning of your fabric every time, helping maintain consistent stitch density and smooth embroidery results on Keppus models.
Will strong magnets interfere with the electronics of my embroidery machine?
No, the magnetic hoops embroidery system from Sewtalent is safe for Keppus industrial embroidery machines. The magnets are securely embedded and isolated from the machine’s circuitry. As long as the hoop is not stored directly on a computer panel or control unit, it will not cause electronic interference during normal operation.
How can I confirm if this frame's brackets fit my Keppus machine?
Measure your embroidery arm spacing or consult your Keppus manual for the correct width, then compare to the bracket dimensions specified for this magnetic hoop for embroidery machines. If your measurement differs or you are unsure, contact our support team with your model information (for example, KP1201SS or KP1502SS) to ensure compatibility before purchase.
