The Sewtalent magnetic hoop maintains shape accuracy even after extended use. When used with a hooping station or alignment grid on FAMATEX FW-1501-8050 series embroidery machines, the strong magnet grip holds the garment flat, ensuring faster, repeatable positioning across hundreds of pieces while keeping thread tension uniform.
Needle strikes occur when the hoop size selected in your FAMATEX embroidery software exceeds the actual sewing field, which for the 12.4″ × 15.6″ (315 × 395 mm) hoop is about 11.6″ × 14.8″ (295 × 375 mm). Always match or select a smaller hoop size in your machine settings and perform a trace test before stitching to prevent collisions.
To clean your Sewtalent magnetic embroidery frame, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth dampened with citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Avoid soaking the frame or using harsh solvents, as these may weaken the magnetic components and reduce the frame's long-term durability and holding power during embroidery.
