Watch videoYes. When selecting the same hoop length, you can seamlessly switch between the Sewtalent magnetic embroidery frame and your traditional hoops. This lets operators alternate setups on Auzen models such as AM1201D or AZ1501E, depending on design size and garment type, without needing additional calibration.
If minor fabric slipping occurs, first check that the stabilizer suits the design’s density. Extremely thick or slippery materials may benefit from non-slip tape on the magnetic hoop frame. Ensure the hoop size, like the 12.6″ × 3.9″ (320 × 100 mm) model, is properly matched to the design to avoid a loose or ‘drum’ effect in stitching.
Sewtalent uses premium Neodymium magnets with excellent long-term stability. These magnets retain their magnetic force for decades under normal use, even on frequent rehooping across Auzen machines such as AM1506 or AZ1504F. With over 500,000-cycle testing, this magnetic embroidery frame is a reliable one-time investment for demanding production.
As with most magnetic hoops, you will need to manually input the 12.6″ × 3.9″ (320 × 100 mm) hoop parameters in your Auzen machine’s software. Check that your embroidery field does not exceed 11.8″ × 3.1″ (300 × 80 mm) to ensure accurate stitching alignment. Once configured, the frame performs smoothly for consistent results.
