Compatibility depends on the metal brackets provided. Sewtalent brackets are available to fit leading industrial brands such as Tajima, Ricoma, Barudan, and Melco. You only need the correct bracket set for your embroidery machine model to ensure the magnetic hoop aligns properly and delivers stable stitching performance across different setups.
Most embroidery machines, including ARROW STAR models AS-EM901, AS-EM1201, and AS-EM1501, will not automatically recognize new hoop dimensions. You need to manually input the hoop or sewing field size—3.1″ × 12″ (80 × 300 mm)—into the machine software. This ensures safe operation and that your design stays within the intended embroidery frame area.
The magnets inside this hoop are powerful. Always keep fingers away from the snap area when joining or separating the frames. Slide the top frame sideways instead of pulling it straight off to avoid pinching. Users with pacemakers or sensitive electronics should exercise extra caution and maintain a safe handling distance during embroidery operations.
