The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
Firmly hand-tighten the bracket screws that attach the hoop frame to the magnetic base. If looseness remains, use the provided screwdriver to snug the screws connecting the bracket to the Sewtalent frame—never the machine body itself. Avoid over-tightening, which may cause strain or misalignment on your Hooray HRK series embroidery machine’s mounting point.
Does purchasing this frame include all the brackets and hardware needed to connect to my machine?
Yes. Each Sewtalent magnetic hoop package includes the hoop main part, a pair of metal brackets matched to your selected Hooray machine model, plus screws and a screwdriver. Once attached, the hoop is immediately ready to install. This ensures you can begin embroidering sleeves or bag panels right away without sourcing extra accessories or adjustments.
