The Sewtalent embroidery magnetic hoop uses industrial-grade plastic reinforced with metal brackets for added strength. It is tested through over 500,000 open-close cycles and destructive stress checks to ensure long-term stability. The hoop resists warping and maintains its alignment even under heavy fabric tension or during continuous industrial operation.
The metal brackets on the Sewtalent embroidery hoop should always be securely fastened. If you feel looseness, hand-tighten first, then use the included screwdriver to snug the screws connecting the bracket to the hoop frame. Avoid over-tightening to prevent thread damage. Once adjusted, check alignment with your LEJIA machine before embroidery.
Ensure the hoop brackets are fully locked and your stabilizer is firmly secured. For dense or large designs on slippery materials like satin, add a thin non-slip liner between hoop and fabric for better grip. The strong magnets of Sewtalent magnetic embroidery frames are designed to maintain tension even on high-speed LEJIA embroidery machine models.
