Watch videoLike most third-party embroidery magnetic hoops, you’ll need to manually set the hoop parameters in your VOLTEX VT1201S or compatible model’s software. Ensure your design fits within the actual sewing field of 11.6″ × 14.8″ (295 × 375 mm) to prevent stitching beyond the frame boundary. Once the size is stored, the machine will operate normally.
Minor fabric movement may occur if stabilizer strength or hoop tension is insufficient. Check that you’re using a stabilizer suitable for the fabric type, add non-slip grip tape around the frame if working with stretchy or very thick materials, and choose an embroidery hoop size close to your design’s outline. Proper setup greatly reduces the chance of slippage.
The Sewtalent embroidery magnetic frame includes strong magnets, making it slightly heavier than regular machine embroidery hoops. However, it remains within the safe working tolerance of VOLTEX industrial embroidery machines. The added weight does not stress the motor, thanks to balanced frame engineering and durable bracket support.
Yes. Strong magnets in the hoop can interfere with certain magnetic storage or electronic devices if placed too close. Keep USB drives, external hard disks, credit cards, and computers at least 50 cm away from the embroidery area. Following this guideline ensures smooth operation of both your Sewtalent magnetic hoop and neighboring equipment.
