Next, check your stabilizer type—dense designs on slippery fabric may require an additional non-slip layer to prevent micro-shifting during high-speed embroidery operations.
Ensure the metal brackets connecting the magnetic embroidery frame to the hoop are hand-tightened first. If looseness remains, carefully use a screwdriver to snug the screws that attach the bracket to the hoop frame, not directly to the machine. Avoid over-tightening, as excessive force may affect magnetic tension or bracket alignment.
