When using your Sewtalent magnetic hoop for FEIYA models such as CTF1201 or CT-904, ensure you apply the correct stabilizer weight—like a cut-away for knits—and avoid stretching the fabric during hooping. Proper stabilizer choice maintains surface smoothness and prevents tension distortion.
The stabilizer can be either sandwiched with the fabric or floated underneath your Sewtalent magnetic hoop. For most embroidery jobs on cotton or polyester, sandwiching the stabilizer inside the 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) hoop gives tighter alignment. However, for bulky items such as bags or finished garments, floating stabilizer under the lower frame can prevent hoop marks and improve hooping comfort.
No special tools or calibration are needed for mounting the Sewtalent magnetic hoop to FEIYA embroidery machines. You only need the provided brackets and a standard screwdriver. The magnetic frame aligns automatically and can be swapped between hoop sizes quickly. Its design ensures a consistent sewing field without the need for further machine adjustment or software configuration.
The Sewtalent magnetic hoop grips delicate or slippery materials strongly through even magnetic pressure, reducing slippage more effectively than standard embroidery frames. When used with the appropriate stabilizer, it allows FEIYA CTF1501 or CT-1204 models to stitch detailed designs on silk, satin, or nylon without causing fabric distortion or stitch displacement.
