A needle strike often occurs when the selected hoop size in your FUJA machine software is larger than the actual sewing field of 3.1″ × 3.1″ (75 × 75 mm), or if the design was digitized to exceed that area. Always choose the correct or smaller hoop setting in the software and perform a trace test before starting your embroidery to ensure safe clearance around the frame edges.
The Sewtalent magnetic hoop package includes: one main hoop body, one pair of metal mounting brackets customized for your FUJA model, and a set of screws with a screwdriver for installation. The brackets and fasteners ensure secure attachment between the hoop and embroidery frame, keeping fabric stable and aligned during stitching on models like FJ-1201S and FJ-1504HC.
This magnetic embroidery hoop is slightly heavier than a standard plastic frame due to the embedded magnets. However, it is fully engineered within FUJA machine load limits. The added weight does not strain the motor or drive system. Instead, it provides stable fabric holding power, reducing slippage and maintaining smooth embroidery operation even during multi-head runs.
