Very thick or slick fabrics may require non‑slip grip tape on the frame. Also confirm that your hoop size, such as the 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm), matches the design area to avoid the fabric 'drum' effect.
As with most third‑party embroidery magnetic hoops, you’ll need to manually select or enter the 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) frame size in your UltraStitch control software. This ensures the design fits the actual sewing field of about 3.1″ × 3.1″ (75 × 75 mm). Once set, the machine embroidery hoop will work seamlessly without readjustment.
