You save time on every hooping—reducing labor expenses—while lower defect rates mean less wasted fabric and stabilizer. Its precise magnetic hold allows your FEIYA CTF1201 or CT-1204 machines to take on complex jobs faster and with fewer errors, boosting throughput and profit.
This rare issue is typically due to loose brackets or improper stabilizer use. Make sure the FEIYA-compatible brackets are firmly tightened and screws securely fastened. For very heavy or slippery fabric, use a firm stabilizer or add a thin non-slip liner between fabric and frame. These steps restore perfect alignment and ensure consistent stitch quality.
For most fabrics, sandwiching the stabilizer inside the hoop gives the best stability and minimizes puckering. However, in some FEIYA embroidery jobs—such as thick seams or delicate fabrics—you may float the stabilizer under the lower frame only. Both methods work well; choose based on design density and fabric stretchiness for best embroidery results.
