For polo logos, the 5″ magnetic embroidery frame is the most popular due to its efficient stabilization and minimal fabric waste. However, a 7″ hoop offers greater flexibility for larger or stacked designs. Both options are compatible with SINSIM machines like C-1202 or C-1502 and maintain optimal stitching accuracy and magnetic grip for balanced results.
As with most embroidery magnetic hoops for SINSIM machines, manual configuration is required. You must enter the 9.5″ × 9.5″ (240 × 240 mm) hoop dimensions in your machine software, ensuring that your embroidery design fits within the actual 8.7″ × 8.7″ (220 × 220 mm) sewing field. This step prevents misalignment and secures precise stitching output.
Keep the magnetic embroidery hoop clean and dry after each use. Wipe metal parts with a soft cloth to remove thread lint or oil residue.
