Watch videoNo, Sewtalent magnetic hoops are 100% safe for your VOLTEX embroidery machine. The magnets are shielded to prevent interference with sensitive components or the computer board. Simply avoid placing the magnet hoop directly against the machine’s electronic panel when detached. Under normal operating conditions, it will not cause any disruption.
If the bracket that connects the magnetic frame to your VOLTEX machine becomes loose, hand-tighten the screws first. If it still wiggles, use a screwdriver to snug the screws that secure the bracket to the hoop frame—never to the machine body itself. Do not over‑tighten, as this may damage the fittings. A periodic check helps maintain hoop stability during embroidery.
To clean adhesive residue from your embroidery magnetic hoop, lightly wipe the surface using a soft cloth dampened with a citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Avoid submerging the magnetic frame or using strong solvents, as these can degrade the coating or weaken magnet adhesion. Regular cleaning ensures smooth hooping and consistent thread tension.
Align the marked grid lines on your Sewtalent embroidery frame with the pre-marked center points on the garment. For best results, use a placement guide or T-square to ensure both vertical and horizontal accuracy. The hoop’s clear markings help you achieve exact positioning on shirts, polos, or sweatshirts, reducing repositioning time and improving embroidery precision.
