It’s a good practice to keep USB drives, credit cards, and other magnetic media at least 50 cm away from your embroidery workstation. This safety distance ensures your magnet hoops perform perfectly without risking your data integrity.
This issue is very rare since the magnet hoops have strong holding power. First, confirm the Sunsure machine brackets are tightened securely. Next, verify you’re using the correct stabilizer for your fabric type. For extremely dense designs or slippery materials, add a thin non-slip liner between fabric and hoop for additional stability during operation.
No, Sewtalent magnetic hoops have a smooth, polished surface that protects even delicate materials. However, for ultra-slippery or fragile fabrics, you may apply a thin painter’s tape layer on the inner rim to enhance grip. This minor adjustment won’t affect the hoop alignment or embroidery precision on your Sunsure machine.
For best results, follow a simple three-step hooping process: place the bottom frame on the sewing bed, position your stabilizer and fabric over it, then gently lay the top frame on and let the magnets lock. There’s no need for extra pressure—just a flat, even placement achieves firm tension and keeps your embroidery area stable for consistent stitch quality.
