Watch videoWe highly recommend starting with a mid-sized Sewtalent embroidery magnetic hoop such as 5″ × 5″ (130 × 130 mm). It's the most versatile size for embroidery logos and patches, fits easily on Hooray single-head machines like BC-1501 or HRK 1501, and provides a good balance between coverage area and handling ease when using magnetic hoops embroidery frames.
Ensure the metal brackets are hand-tightened first. If they still move, use a screwdriver to gently secure the screws connecting the bracket to the magnetic frame—not the embroidery machine body. Avoid over-tightening to protect both the Sewtalent magnetic hoop and your Hooray BC or HRK machine’s arms. Regular inspection ensures smooth operation and alignment during high-speed embroidery.
For left-chest logos, choose a Sewtalent magnetic hoop around 4″ × 4″ (100 × 100 mm) or 5″ × 5″ (130 × 130 mm) for Hooray BC-1500 and HRK 1501 models. These embroidery hoops provide excellent control for small patterns, quick hooping, and easy fabric centering. For large graphics or full-front T-shirt designs, the 10.5″ × 12.4″ (265 × 315 mm) hoop offers extended embroidery field coverage.
This can occur on dense designs or smooth fabrics. First, make sure your Hooray machine’s metal brackets and screws are fully tightened. Then, confirm you are using firm stabilizer underlay suited for magnetic hoops embroidery. For very slippery materials, an extra non-slip layer between fabric and hoop improves grip and prevents shifts, keeping your Sewtalent embroidery magnetic hoop aligned throughout long runs.
