This usually happens if the hoop size selected in your embroidery software is larger than the Sewtalent magnetic hoop’s actual sewing field (about 3.1″ × 3.1″ / 75 × 75 mm) or if the design exceeds frame limits. To avoid this, always select the correct or smaller hoop size and perform a trace test on your TSM machine before starting embroidery.
For left-chest or small logo embroidery, the Sewtalent 3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm) magnetic frame is perfect for T-shirts, polos, and babywear. It offers tight, even hooping and quick fabric changes.
