This rare issue can occur under high-stitch-count conditions on britex BR-1501C or multi-head models. Ensure that the mounting brackets are tightly secured on the hooping station and that the correct stabilizer is in use. For extra grip, place a thin non-slip liner between the fabric and bottom frame to maintain hoop alignment through each embroidery cycle.
For small polo logos, a 5‑inch magnetic hoop works best, while the Sewtalent 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) hoop gives more flexibility for layered text or wider designs. On britex BR-1201 or BR-901C machines, both hoops deliver accurate placement and tension-free results depending on the logo's shape and stitch density requirements.
When hooping delicate materials with your Sewtalent magnetic hoop for britex embroidery machines, avoid pulling the fabric tight. Lay both fabric and stabilizer smoothly on the base frame and let the magnetic top piece lock naturally. The even pressure minimizes stretching and prevents puckering while maintaining alignment throughout stitching.
Measure your britex machine’s arm spacing or refer to your model manual for exact width in millimeters or inches. Compare it to the bracket measurements listed in the product specifications. Models such as BR‑1201L, BR‑1504, and BR‑1206 share similar spacing. If uncertain, contact our support team with your model number to ensure a precise bracket fit.
