Both methods are possible with the Sewtalent magnetic hoop for FEIYA embroidery machines. For most projects, the stabilizer is sandwiched with the fabric inside the 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) frame to achieve even tension. However, when hooping thick or hard‑to‑clamp materials like bags or sweatshirt backs, you can float the stabilizer under the bottom frame for flexibility.
The box includes one magnetic top frame and one flat bottom frame sized 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm), one pair of metal brackets customized for your FEIYA embroidery machine, and a small bag containing screws plus a screwdriver. The brackets must be attached to the hoop body before use to ensure a perfect fit and stability throughout the embroidery process.
Yes. The Sewtalent hoop uses strong magnets tested for over 500,000 operations to maintain firm grip across several layers. It securely holds fabric, lining, and stabilizer together without distortion, even when embroidering on lined bags or padded garments. This stability ensures accurate registration for FEIYA models such as CTF1201 and CTF1504 during multi‑layer stitching.
The magnetic hoop is slightly heavier due to its embedded magnets, but it is engineered within the safe tolerance range for FEIYA single‑head and multi‑head embroidery machines. The added mass does not place stress on your motor. Instead, it enhances hoop stability and reduces fabric slippage, improving stitching consistency across different embroidery patterns.
