This ensures an easy setup and precise compatibility with HAFTEX 1501, 1502, or 1504 series machines.
The magnetic embroidery frame maintains even pressure across the hooping area, keeping fabric securely in place. When combined with a hooping station or grid, it allows uniform alignment of each item, ensuring consistent logo placement across hundreds of garments and improving production efficiency on HAFTEX multi-head models.
Lay the bottom frame on a flat surface, place the stabilizer and fabric over it, then gently align and snap the top magnetic hoop into position. The strong magnet design eliminates the need for force; just let it lock evenly over the fabric. This technique keeps materials smooth and reduces fabric distortion during embroidery.
Yes, you can float small or difficult items on top of the hoop by first securing a piece of sticky stabilizer in the frame. Place the item directly onto the stabilizer and embroider as usual. This approach works well for items such as ties, baby clothes, or small patches using HAFTEX single-head embroidery machines.
