Watch videoIt’s normal for magnetic embroidery frames to pick up metal shards during use. To clean them safely, avoid touching with bare fingers. Instead, press a strong tape such as duct tape or a sticky putty over the magnet surface to lift away debris. This protects your hands and prevents scratches on the embroidery machine hoop.
Puckering generally comes from an incorrect stabilizer choice rather than the hoop itself. Ensure the right stabilizer type and weight for the fabric—cut-away for knits, tear-away for woven materials. Do not stretch the fabric before placing it in the SINSIM embroidery machine hoop, and let the magnets hold it evenly for smooth stitching.
Most embroidery machines, including SINSIM SC-1201 and C-1506 models, require the hoop size to be set manually in the software. Enter the inner sewing field size—approximately 6.1″ × 6.1″ (155 × 155 mm)—to ensure your design fits properly and avoids border errors during stitching.
Begin by placing the bottom frame on a flat surface, then lay stabilizer and fabric smoothly across it. Position the upper magnetic part gently so the magnets hold without pulling. This no-force method ensures even tension and prevents fabric distortion, maintaining accurate alignment for all SINSIM embroidery machine models.
