The Sewtalent magnetic hoop features high-grade N52 Neodymium magnets providing extremely powerful, permanent magnetic strength. They maintain steady tension and alignment through repeated use with both light and heavy fabrics, ensuring your embroidery hoops remain firmly in position during high-speed stitching on models like the RBE4050 and RBE4045 series.
Its rigid frame geometry delivers precise and repeatable fabric positioning. When combined with a hooping station or centering grid, this Sewtalent hoop allows identical placement across hundreds of items, improving efficiency and uniformity for production runs on Rainbow machines such as the RBE4040-D12 series, ensuring top-quality embroidered logos every time.
Generally, Rainbow embroidery machines will not automatically detect third-party frame dimensions. You must manually enter the hoop size—3.9″ × 3.9″ (100 × 100 mm)—in your software and confirm the design fits within its 3.1″ × 3.1″ (75 × 75 mm) sewing field before stitching. This ensures accurate embroidery placement and prevents potential frame collisions.
