If any looseness remains, use a screwdriver to gently secure the screws attaching the bracket to the hoop frame, not the machine body. Avoid over-tightening to prevent stress on the metal parts and maintain long-term alignment accuracy.
The Sewtalent embroidery magnetic hoop frame features a smooth, precision-polished surface that protects your fabric from abrasion. Protective stickers or tapes are generally unnecessary. However, for ultra-delicate or slippery materials like silk or satin, applying a thin painter's tape can add extra grip without affecting hoop tension or surface finish.
For machine embroidery of polo logos on VIDYA models such as FW-1501 or FW-1201, the 5-inch (125 mm) hoop size is most popular due to its balance between stability and workspace use. Alternatively, a 7-inch (180 mm) hoop offers additional area for stacked or complex designs. Both sizes provide excellent hooping efficiency and fabric hold.
