What is the best way to clean spray adhesive residue off the frame?
Use a soft cloth moistened with a citrus-based cleaner or rubbing alcohol to gently wipe the Sewtalent magnetic hoop surface. Avoid soaking the embroidery frame, as excess liquid can affect the embedded magnets. Do not use harsh solvents or metal brushes that might damage the hoop coating and reduce its performance during embroidery hooping.
The bracket connecting the frame to my machine seems a bit loose. How should I tighten it properly?
Ensure the bracket screws on your Sewtalent embroidery machine hoop are hand-tightened first. If the bracket still feels loose, use a screwdriver to snug the screws that attach the bracket to the hoop frame—not directly to the TITAN embroidery machine. Avoid over-tightening to prevent thread distortion and maintain stable magnet hoop alignment during use.
