We recommend beginning with the hoop size you use most frequently, such as the 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) frame for medium designs. Many embroidery professionals later expand their Sewtalent hoop collection to handle varied fabric sizes and job types efficiently. Using multiple sizes with Rainbow embroidery machines can improve workflow across T-shirts, jackets, and accessories.
The 6.5″ × 6.5″ (165 × 165 mm) hoop works well for medium to smaller items such as children’s garments or pet accessories. You can easily center small pieces by floating them on a stabilizer within the magnetic area. For extra-small items, consider a smaller Sewtalent magnetic hoop to achieve perfect positioning on Rainbow embroidery models like RBE4060-A12 901.
To hoop fabric with the Sewtalent magnetic frame, first place the bottom plate on your station, then align the fabric and stabilizer smoothly over it. Finally, lower the magnetic top frame—no pressing or tools required. The magnets lock evenly, holding even stretchy fabrics securely while protecting delicate materials on Rainbow embroidery machines such as RBE4040-D12 1204.
