Should the stabilizer go inside the magnetic hoop or can it be floated underneath?
Both methods work effectively with the Sewtalent magnetic hoop for VOLTEX embroidery machines. For most fabrics, place the stabilizer and material sandwiched in the hoop to secure tension evenly. For hard-to-hoop or delicate items, try floating: simply position the stabilizer under the bottom frame. It still holds strong during magnetic hoops embroidery, minimizing puckering or shifting.
Can this embroidery frame hold multilayer materials like a lined bag or thick garment?
Yes. The Sewtalent 6″ × 8″ (150 × 200 mm) magnetic hoop is engineered with strong magnets that grip multiple layers firmly—including fabric, lining, and stabilizer.
