For smooth hooping on your TITAN embroidery machine, place the bottom hoop on a flat surface, then layer stabilizer and fabric over it. Align the top frame and let it gently snap in place—the magnets will grip evenly without excessive pressure. Avoid stretching the fabric; the magnetic hoops create firm, balanced tension and eliminate the need for forceful adjustments.
This Sewtalent embroidery magnetic hoop uses high‑grade N52 neodymium magnets known for their extremely strong and stable magnetic pull. These permanent magnets provide a consistent grip over thousands of embroidery cycles, ensuring the fabric stays flat even when stitching complex multi‑color designs on heavy materials using TITAN models.
Puckering usually results from incorrect stabilizer choice rather than tension from the magnetic hoop. Use the right stabilizer type and weight—cut‑away for stretchy knits, tear‑away for stable wovens—and ensure the fabric is placed flat without pulling. On TITAN machines, proper stabilizer pairing and hoop alignment prevent center distortion and ensure crisp, clean embroidery results.
