It is not necessary to use protective stickers. Sewtalent magnetic hoops feature a smooth polished surface designed to prevent any damage or abrasion to fabrics. However, if working with ultra-slippery or specialty materials, you may apply a thin protective tape to improve grip without affecting embroidery precision or magnetic strength.
The 3.9″ × 12.8″ (100 × 320 mm) frame is optimized for medium to long embroidery designs, such as on sleeves, hoodie fronts, or jean legs. For smaller items like baby onesies or pet bandanas, you can still use it by floating the fabric with stabilizer inside the hoop to maintain proper positioning and embroidery accuracy.
