Simply hoop a base stabilizer or sticky backing inside the magnetic frame, then place the small item on top. This method allows secure positioning without stretching or distorting fabric edges while embroidering on PROMAKER machines.
Yes. One advantage of the Sewtalent magnetic hoop is its quick-release design, making re-hooping smooth and precise. You can easily slide your fabric and snap the frame back into place to continue longer patterns such as sashes or table runners. The strong magnetic hold ensures alignment and accuracy for multiple PROMAKER embroidery machine passes.
This situation is uncommon due to strong magnets, but if it occurs, first ensure the PROMAKER brackets are firmly tightened and the magnetic frame is properly seated. For high-density or slippery materials, use the correct stabilizer and consider adding a thin non-slip liner under the hoop. This enhances stability and prevents movement during long embroidery runs.
The key to preventing fabric distortion is to place the material smoothly without tension. Position the silk or stretchy fabric with its stabilizer on the bottom frame, then let the top magnetic frame gently lock it.
